Set new goals for our business or career

For those who are working, your purpose may be to make a living and put food on the table. Some may simply enjoy the income security that comes with your job. Others may enjoy the business culture, as well as their teammates with whom they work and engage. However, we must be clear about what we truly desire for our business or career and set reasonable goals. Our goals need to be achievable for them to have meaning.

The meaning of life is not a goal but it does provide context for our goals. This is because life provides us with something to live towards, even if we don’t know what that is yet. It can provide us with the motivation to pursue success, the joy of achievement and so much more. So if you’re in the midst of your career, then your focus would be getting that pay raise, and the other would be a promotion. Then for those who have their own business, most likely you want to increase your profits or your market share in the industry.

Take action in a new direction

Undoubtedly, you will be setting a new direction to improve your business and career. Therefore, it is important to start taking action. You can change your course of direction in an instant. This will be a critical starting point for you. Taking the initial step implies that you have the intention to go on a different path, and you may begin to gain benefits in the near term. No matter how educated or confident you are, if you are going in the wrong way, you will most likely get lost in Period 9.

Nonetheless, some may wonder if Bazi can change their destiny in an instant, the answer is a resounding no. It is important to be realistic and to stay within the realm of possibility. We can’t live in a fantasy world and think that we can do whatever we want, whenever we want, with whomever we want. We have to live within the realm of possibility. For example, if you are currently broke or struggling financially, then you need to work hard at your current job or get another one so that you can support yourself and your family.

Look at our skills for our business or career

Whether we own a business or work for someone else, we can use Bazi to analyze our abilities to make money and create wealth. We can refer to the 5 Structures in our Bazi charts. The two fundamental components that affect how we employ our energies to earn money are wealth and output. We’ll start with our natal chart, as this is what we were given at birth. There are four ways this could go in terms of generating wealth for you.

1. Wealth is the highest in your Natal Chart

The best approach to making money is through Ownership. As a result, you’ll want to invest in stocks, real estate, or other profitable businesses. Owning a business offers you much more freedom and flexibility in how you live your life. This is because, once you establish a business, it will grow and generate money for you, allowing you to pursue your passions and plan for the future. The same can be said for good stocks and properties, which have the potential to increase in value over time.

2. Output is the highest in your Natal Chart

The best approach to making money is through Innovation. Innovation is your key driver to creating wealth, via your own ideas and special skill sets. But you will need to figure out your skills and how you can use them in a different way that will generate wealth. The best approach for this is to tailor-fit your skills to the market and look for new opportunities. You can do this by looking at what you excel in and what you enjoy doing, then finding a way to use these skills in your workplace or businesses you own. Social influencers are a good example because they brand themselves and deliver unique content based on market demands.

3. Both Wealth and Output are equally high in your Natal chart

This is the best situation for you! To make money from your business or career, you can use both Wealth and Output. Follow the above-mentioned tactics, or simply concentrate on one of your skills that you are most comfortable using. Consider how much money you can make or the long-term value you can derive from your business or career.

4. Both Wealth and Output are equally zero in your Natal chart

Unfortunately, these individuals would have a difficult time generating money and wealth! Alternatively, you might want to examine your annual chart to check if either Wealth or Output is high enough. Even if your annual chart will change every year, you can still make full use of your annual chart to generate money from your career or business. The most crucial thing you need to do is take action, as this will activate the energy of the universe, which will subsequently improve your energy levels.

Understand the importance of timing for our business or career

Now that we have the strategies, it’s time to focus on the timing. You will have the best chances and opportunities to make money from your business or career if you take the appropriate actions at the right time. We can refer to the Luck Pillars in our Bazi chart. Each pillar governs ten years of our luck cycle, which will shift every ten years.

To determine when you can become wealthy, we traditionally look at two factors: Direct wealth (DW) and Indirect wealth (IW). If one or both of these components are absent from your current Luck Pillar, you don’t have the luck right now and must look at the subsequent Luck Pillars. However, in today’s context, this is not the greatest advice to follow. Is it true that if both DW and IW are missing from a person’s Luck pillars, you will never be wealthy? I doubt so.

Examine our wealth opportunities in 2021

For individuals without DW and IW in their Luck Pillar, all is not lost. You are still able to focus on other wealth opportunities for the remainder of the year. You can analyze your Month Pillar in your Natal Chart from your Bazi Chart, as this influences your career and wealth potential. Examine the element in your Heavenly Stem. From the element, we can find out which are the months that provide us with the best money-making opportunities. These are the months in which you will make the most money. In addition to this, the helpful people based on their Day Master or wealth opportunities in those months correspond to the element.

Sharing my personal experience

To give you an example, the Yin Metal in the Heavenly Stem is in my Month Pillar under my Natal Chart. According to the table below, July would be the best month for me in terms of amplifying my wealth. The helpful people would be having the Metal Day Master in their Natal Chart. The opportunities for the Metal element will come from the related industry, which in this case is financial, banking, medical, and so on. I made sure I was invested in those sectors because my wealth structure is the highest for 2021.

As a result, I proved to be correct. In July, I was able to profit from the stock market! Despite a little unrealized loss from the HKEX stock as a result of recent Chinese regulations in the technology and education sectors, the overall earnings are still significant.

Understand the changes in our business or career

After the unprecedented COVID-19 epidemic in 2020, the world we know will be changed forever. Businesses have to allow their employees to work remotely from home rather than in the office. A lot of companies are looking into a hybrid working environment even after the pandemic is over. It is a way for them to stay flexible and ready for change if it happens again. As a result, many companies will require additional investments in technology and software like project management tools. Even if you aren’t aware of it, the trend has already begun.

As a result, we refer to these stages of change as phases of change in Chinese Metaphysics. These phases of change are linked to the 180-year Feng Shui megacycle, which has three major cycles and nine periods. We are now in Period 8, which runs from 2004 to 2023, although the transition to Period 9 began in 2017.

1. Chubby is the new sexy

In Period 9, it seems like the new beauty standard is to be chubby. There have been several findings that prove this statement to be true. We need to capitalize on this opportunity by shifting our focus from size 0 models to a model on the rise. With a stylish campaign like Zara’s new line for size 16 women, we can appeal to an audience that has never been given representation before – plus-size women. Therefore for people in the apparel or fashion industries, there will be new wealth opportunities. If you can establish your market share, you’ll be able to capitalize and benefit properly.

2. Rise of online learning

Academic credentials will no longer be that important moving forward in Period 9. There will be many more opportunities to learn without requiring a degree. With the use of AI, people can go into an online course and learn new skills or update their knowledge on a topic quickly. They can also go through online book readings and get help from mentors on certain subjects. Alternatively, people can go through courses on platforms like Coursera and edX to learn new skills or update their knowledge on a topic quickly. Businesses that focus on providing online learning via webinars or E-learning platforms will make money in Period 9.

With Chinese Metaphysics, the Direct Resource (DR) is related to this aspect on our Bazi chart. This academic star provides us insight into our abilities to study and earn a diploma or degree from a reputable institution. Moving forward there will be many more opportunities to learn without requiring a degree. As a result, this academic star will be less relevant in terms of making money from your business or career during Period 9.

3. Stay relevant by upgrading your skill set

Period 9 is associated with the fire element, and because fire is a volatile element, things will change quickly. In a world where technology changes so quickly, it is difficult to predict what will happen in the future. The economy has changed drastically in recent years with the invention of new and innovative technologies. People who are working on jobs that are no longer needed are having a difficult time finding new employment because the jobs they are qualified for often do not exist anymore. This is why it is so important for people to stay up-to-date with changing trends and adapt accordingly.

If job stability is important to you, Period 9 is unlikely to be a good fit. This aspect is linked to the Direct Officer (DO) and Direct Wealth (DW). The Direct Officer is concerned with the title, whereas the Direct Wealth is concerned with job stability. In Period 9, both of these stars will be less prevalent. As a result, you need to stay up-to-date with new trends and advancements in the industry.

4. Take on a side gig

Moving forward into Period 9, having one of these four stars in your Bazi Chart will increase your business or job money-making opportunities. These are namely:

• Rob Wealth (RW) – the ability to influence others
• Indirect Wealth (IW) – the ability to make money from opportunities
• Hurting Officer (HO) the ability to perform and command attention
• Seven Killings (7K) – the ability to execute plans

These stars have volatile and aggressive personalities. There will be certain instabilities in life, and you must be willing to accept them.
